Consultation
We begin with an in-depth conversation to understand your vehicle, your goals, and the sound profile you desire.
Design & Engineering
Every BRE system is designed in-house from the ground up, using state-of-the-art CAD technology and years of experience gained from high-end motorsport applications.
Fabrication
Hand-welded from Inconel 625 or stainless steel by our specialist fabricators. Each joint, each merge, each bend is executed with surgical precision.
Fitment & Tuning
Final installation and acoustic validation. We ensure the system delivers on every promise, from the cold start bark to the redline howl.

Brooke Race Exhausts is a small and dedicated team offering bespoke performance exhaust systems for the world's most exotic supercars.
Designed and manufactured in the USA & UK, constructed from Inconel 625 and stainless steel, our systems represent the pinnacle of exhaust engineering.
Inconel is a nickel and chromium alloy whose strength and heat-resistant properties make it the go-to option for Formula 1 and hypercar exhaust systems. You'll also find it in aerospace engines and nuclear reactor cores.
