These terms cover this website and direct orders placed through it. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful or deliberately misleading information. Contact info@brookeraceexhausts.com with questions about a product, order, or these terms. Purchases from an independent reseller are made with that reseller under its terms.
Submitting a form is a request for a reply, quote, or appointment. It does not confirm an appointment, installation slot, price, or order. The team will confirm the arrangements separately. Any bespoke specification, deposit, installation work, or production schedule should be agreed in writing before work starts.
Check the product, options, model year, engine, and market specification before ordering. The fitment checker compares catalogue information and cannot inspect your vehicle or its modifications. Contact us if anything is unclear or contradictory. Images and sound recordings illustrate products; the result can vary with vehicle configuration and recording conditions. These descriptions do not remove your right to receive goods matching the agreed description or any other mandatory right.
Orders depend on availability, successful payment, and any agreed configuration. A payment or automated receipt does not confirm a bespoke specification or production date. If we discover an error or cannot supply an item, we will contact you with the available options and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfil. We will not substitute a different product, increase an agreed price, or materially change an accepted order without your agreement.
Review the currency, product amount, taxes, shipping, and total shown at checkout before paying. The storefront's GBP display is an indicative conversion of USD catalogue prices, not a live exchange-rate quote or a guarantee of the checkout currency. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or charges. Changes to website prices apply to future orders and do not automatically change an accepted order.
International deliveries may attract import duties, local taxes, or handling charges not collected at checkout. Any charges allocated to you must be disclosed before purchase where required by law. Installation is included only when expressly agreed.
Production and delivery estimates depend on the product and destination. A custom build may require a separately agreed lead time. If we cannot meet the applicable dispatch or delivery commitment, we will explain the delay and provide the cancellation, refund, or revised-delivery options required by law. Nothing here removes statutory delivery deadlines or remedies. Responsibility for loss or damage during delivery is determined by applicable law and is not automatically transferred to a consumer when a parcel is handed to our courier.
Our Refund Policy explains the request process, voluntary returns, and statutory cancellation rights. Its voluntary seven-day window does not shorten a longer legal right. A sale, clearance, or special-order label does not by itself remove mandatory rights. Exceptions for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised apply only where the law permits. Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods remain subject to the remedies required by law.
Use a suitably qualified installer and check the rules that apply to your vehicle and intended use, including emissions, noise, inspection, insurance, and road-use requirements. A track, competition, export, or off-road label is not a guarantee that a product may lawfully be sold, installed, or used in your location. These terms do not authorise disabling required emissions controls or remove obligations imposed on us by law. Confirm any required approvals before ordering or installing.
Incorrect installation, misuse, or unrelated vehicle modifications may cause damage. A resulting claim will be assessed on the cause and applicable law; installation alone does not automatically remove statutory rights.
Any additional commercial warranty must be described in the product information or written agreement supplied for your order. Contact us with your order details and a description of a suspected fault; photographs and installation details can help assessment. A commercial warranty is additional to statutory rights and does not replace them.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits exclusion. Mandatory rights concerning product quality, description, safety, delivery, and remedies remain in force. Any limit on liability in a separate business agreement applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Our branding, images, videos, designs, and text belong to Brooke Race Exhausts or their respective licensors. Do not reproduce them commercially without permission, except where the law permits. External websites, video services, and payment providers have their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and third-party services.
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using a court, regulator, or dispute process available under applicable law, or removes mandatory protections applying where you live.
Written terms agreed before purchase may supplement these terms, subject to mandatory law. Updates apply to future use and orders; they do not retrospectively alter an existing order without your agreement or a legal requirement. Keep a copy of the terms and order information supplied when you purchase.
